MailBots / Privacy policy

Privacy policy

MailBots minimizes stored data and automatically deletes message content.

Free service

The Telegram bot does not copy message content into its database. The browser extension identifies you only by an anonymous device token — no account, name or email — and retains normalized message text and the verification codes (OTP) found in it for no more than 24 hours. "Delete my data" in the extension removes your addresses, messages, push subscriptions and that token from the server.

Paid catch-all

Raw MIME remains on the mail gateway for no more than 72 hours. The control plane keeps only normalized content, OTP and metadata with the same maximum TTL.

Providers and rights

Infrastructure providers include Cloudflare, the VPS provider, Telegram, Google OAuth and Paddle (merchant of record for card and PayPal payments). Users may access, export and delete their organization data by contacting support.
